TERMS & CONDITIONS * Your credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation; however, no charge will be made at the time of booking (*excluding prepaid offers). Reservations cancelled outside of cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one night's stay which will be deducted from the credit card provided at the time of booking. * The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, they also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking within the cancellation policy. * For prepaid offers the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. * Click On Clayton is our exclusive member rate which is only available when you book online at claytonhotels.com or the hotel’s official website. In order to avail of this, you must sign up to gain access to the member rate and exclusive packages & offers. Rates & promotional offers may vary by hotel & over time. Certain packages & offers may exclude the Click On Clayton member rate.   * Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in each room * Interconnecting Rooms - Two rooms which have an interconnecting door, perfect for families with younger children  * Adjacent Rooms - Two rooms located next door to each other or on opposite sides of the corridor, perfect for families with older children  * Group bookings may have different cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements for each individual group with specific hotels. * Cash payments are welcome in our hotel.  If you choose to pay cash upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of cash or a pre-authorisation of a credit or debit card will be requested along with photographic ID.  Acceptable Identifications include Passport or Driving license. * The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation, regardless of whether a confirmation email has been received by you due to any overbooking, pricing or hotel system error.  * If Government in any of the countries our hotels are located introduce guidelines or restrictions, these may impact your hotel stay. Please refer to any special notifications on our website, your booking confirmation or pre-stay communications. 

*Guests are asked not to bring hazardous or illegal items such as Nitrous gas into our hotels, however, where canisters are found left in a bedroom following your stay, a £100 fee will be charged to the lead bookers card for each canister so that they can be appropriately and safely disposed of.

CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel your hotel booking, either manage your Clayton Hotel online reservation or contact the hotel direct BY 2PM LOCAL TIME THE DAY PRIOR ARRIVAL. Failure to do so will result in an amount equal to the value of the first night’s accommodation being charged to compensate the hotel for its loss of earnings (‘the Cancellation Fee’).  Deposits paid by the guest will be applied against the Cancellation Fee owing.  Non-Arrival: In the event of a guests non-arrival (no-show), an amount equal to the value of the the first night’s accommodation charge will be applied to the credit card that was used to guarantee the booking or billed backed to the company where credit facilities are established to compensate the hotel for its loss of earnings (‘the Cancellation Fee’).  Deposits paid by the guest will be applied against the Cancellation Fee owing.
